Efficiency of staff at work depends on the mentality of staff. If staff is doing work as a hobby, he is really interested to doing his work, he is getting joy by doing his work then definitely he will perform the best at work. It was observed that many persons doing work on the clock nib. They pushing work, they perform work to show someone, they pretend or performing acting of doing work, thus their all energy wastes in doing acting.
The people who are not interested in their work playing a curtail role in polluting healthy office environment. They spread rumors, create misunderstanding among the staff members and got satisfaction. They used to do this because they got satisfaction & they feel secured. Such people are well understand that they are not beneficial for the organization, and that’s why by following such way they wants to fixed their place in Organization. These types of people brought family tensions, girlfriend tension in office; they misuse office assets such as telephone office vehicle etc. These people not came forward to take any responsibility, they got inferiority complex.
Definitely, there is way for such staff… termination… no not at all. They want some motivation, some independency. But this way is possible for those people who really want to change themselves and wants to do something. But the people who decide that they don’t want to change, they are good as they are, then God will save them. The person who are really slept, you can able to wake up him, but if some one doing acting of sleeping then no one can able to wake up him.
